Chief Executive Officer
Lieutenant-General Muhammad Masood Aslam, HI, HI(M), SJ,AFWC, PSC, is one of the most battle hardened, decorated and respected retired three-star rank general officer of Pakistan Army. Apart from his military service he has served as Pakistan’s Ambassador to Mexico from June 2011 to 2013. His last assignment in military was as the principal commander of the XI Corps and commanded the unified chain of command fighting the pro-Tehrik-e-Taliban forces in the North-West Pakistan from 2007 to 2010. Serving as the field operational commander of the unified forces, General Masood directed and oversaw the major operations against the militants, including First Battle of Swat, operations Zalzala, Sherdil, Rah-e-Rast and the Rah-e-Nijat. The first of successful counter insurgency operations anywhere in the world. For his services he was awarded the civilian medal of Hilal-i-Imtiaz after retirement for his achievements in bringing peace to the northwestern Pakistan. Apart from his military career he has also been Pakistan’s ambassador to Mexico from 2010 to 2013.
He is an ardent and sought for speaker and has participated in many international initiatives and talks across the globe.

- Guinness World Record holder for climbing the highest peak on every continent (the Seven Summits), in 295 days.
- First woman to complete the Explorers Grand Slam (Seven Summits plus skiing the last degree to the North and South Poles) in 11 months, and only the 8th woman in the world to do so.
- Summited five of fourteen 8,000-meter peaks over peaks over 26,000 feet, including Everest and Summited two 8,000-meter peaks back-to-back 8 days apart.
- Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society (RGS), Fellow of The Explorers Club (TEC), and Member of the Scientific Exploration Society (SES).
- Goodwill Ambassador for Pakistan and Honorary Ambassador of the U.S. Nepal Climbers Association.
- Participated in scientific research including taking DNA samples from cadavers, reporting on hypoxic exposure (Explorers Flag #206), sampling glacier for radiogenic isotopes (Explorers Flag #132), and documenting glacier recession for Project 25Zero.
- Shot at point blank range by Miguel Caballero testing bulletproof vests with a .38 long revolver.
- Registered and Guest speaker with the American Program Bureau to corporates, academics, not-for-profits and the public sector, universities and conferences.
